Privacy Policy

This notice applies to project inquiries submitted through the Hanmay website. Please read it before submitting so you understand how your personal information is handled.

Information we collect

To identify your project, assess the partnership request and contact you, we collect your name, company or brand, phone number, partnership model, product category, expected quantity, planned launch and any details you choose to provide.

• Name, company and phone number are required to submit an inquiry.
• Other project fields improve the first conversation and are optional where marked.

How we use it

We use this information only to receive the inquiry, prepare for a partnership discussion, clarify requirements and follow up on that inquiry. It is not used for automated marketing, profiling or AI training in this release.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are stored in Hanmay's business database and are not automatically deleted. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need the information for project communication or operations. Indefinite retention creates personal-information risk, and the period will be reassessed when the management process is defined.

Correction and deletion requests

There is currently no self-service access, export or deletion facility. Send a correction or deletion request to 914156647@qq.com. Operations staff will verify the requester's connection to the record before handling it. Do not place a full phone number or other sensitive information in the email subject.

Submission security

The website accepts inquiries over same-origin HTTPS and uses request-size limits, rate limiting, a honeypot field and idempotent submission to reduce abuse and duplicates. No transmission or storage measure can guarantee absolute security.

Controller and contact

The controller is temporarily shown as “涵美/HANMAY”. Before the inquiry form is opened in production, this must be replaced with the registered legal entity name and the notice must complete legal review. Privacy questions can be sent to 914156647@qq.com.
